Founder and Director of Mobile Phlebotomy Services of North Carolina, Monica, spent the first 15 years of her healthcare career managing nearly a hundred dialysis accounts throughout the Eastern United States for Nationwide Laboratory based in Florida. This experience allowed her to thrive in customer relations, and where she quickly excelled in her ability to understand laboratory testing, healthcare billing, as well as, train new field managers until Nationwide Laboratory of Fort Lauderdale closed their doors in 2015.

Monica took her passion to improve every patient’s healthcare experience, paired it with her diagnostic laboratory knowledge and set her sights on positively impacting the lives of a population that she felt deserved so much better than they were receiving…this time through phlebotomy.
